The reveals of both Call of Duty: WWII and Destiny 2 have been mostly positive so far. Activision now reveals that the pre-order numbers are good for both games.
Activision Blizzard held its recent investors meeting and in the report they comment on both Call of Duty: WWII and Destiny 2. They said that both games’ pre-orders numbers are off to a “strong start”.
World War II seems to be the most popular setting for Call of Duty. The company said that its most recent livestream of the game was the most watched in COD history. The debut trailer was also the fastest COD video to reach over 10 million views.
This is a good sign for Activision since many COD fans weren’t on board when Infinite Warfare was revealed last year. Not to mention the sequel to Destiny is also getting a lot of positive buzz. Fall 2017 will be a profitable quarter for Activision that’s for sure!
