As you might know already, all sharing features are blocked when you try and play Persona 5. Atlus USA has now released a big statement about the situation.
Atlus posted their statement over on their official website. They gave a reason why the sharing feature is blocked and some guidelines you have to follow regarding Persona 5. See their statement below.
This being a Japanese title with a single-playthrough story means our masters in Japan are very wary about it. Sharing is currently blocked through the native PS4 UI. However, if you do plan on streaming, video guidelines above apply except length. If you decide to stream past 7/7 (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING THIS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED), you do so at the risk of being issued a content ID claim or worse, a channel strike/account
You have been warned. Even if you have a capture device to bypass the PS4’s share button, you still cannot upload any spoilers. It doesn’t sound like they are going to lift the restrictions anytime soon. Atlus USA did say things might change in the future so you could stream the game fully in a couple of months maybe…
