Super Mario Run came out for iOS users back in December 2016. The release for the Android version of the game has been narrowed down to the month of March 2017.
The announcement that Super Mario Run on Android won’t be out until March was announced by Nintendo Japan. We still don’t know a specific release date, but you can pre-register to play the game now.
March appears to be a big month for Nintendo as the Nintendo Switch console will be out worldwide on March 3rd, 2017. This also includes the release of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and more.
Nintendo could be releasing the game on Android at around the same time as the Switch. Nintendo has gotten a lot of coverage over the past year or so thanks to the Switch and Pokemon Go last year.
