If you are playing the game on the TV, the Switch version is 900p but undocked it’s 720p. On the Wii U, the game is 720p both via the TV or playing on the gamepad.
Some Switch improvements is that the sound is more realistic compared to the Wii U version. There are also differences between the two in terms of buttons that appear on the screen.
