Coatsink has recently confirmed that Esper 1 will not only be launching for Oculus Rift this spring but it will be free to all Esper 2 owners.
While Esper 2 has just been released for both the Gear VR and Oculus Rift, its predecessor Esper 1 has previously only been available for Gear VR. The game which is a telekinesis themed virtual reality puzzle game is set in 1975 where certain members of the public have developed extra sensory abilities. The original title takes place in an office and lab environment with the sequel venturing to other locations.
Tom Beardsmore, CEO at Coatsink, commented alongside the announcement, “Both Esper 1 and Esper 2 received a great reception on Gear VR last year. We’re excited to be bringing Esper 1 to Rift in a month or so to allow Rift users to experience everything Esper has to offer”.
