Square Enix has announced the lineup of games it will be taking to EGX Rezzed 2016, the UK based video game event, as part of the Square Enix Collection.
Collective will be bringing two previously announced titles as well as three brand new title titles that it is unveiling to the public for the first time. Square Enix has said that EGX Rezzed will give “gamers the chance to see the start of a growing portfolio of new industry talent being supported by the initiative.”
The Square Enix Collection line-up will be:
– Goetia by Sushee (announced in October 2015, releasing in Q2 2016)
– The Turing Test by Bulkhead Interactive (announced in March 2016, releasing in August 2016)
– Tokyo Dark by Cherrymochi (previously unannounced, releasing in Q4, 2016)
– Black The Fall by Sand Sailor Studio (previously unannounced, releasing in Q3 2016)
– Oh My Godheads by Titutech (previously unannounced, releasing in Q1, 2017)
Phil Elliott, creator and project lead on Square Enix Collective, has this to say alongside the announcement:
“We’re really proud to be able to show more of our 2016/7 line-up with the games we’re bringing to EGX Rezzed. It’s fantastic to be supporting teams we’ve either helped via the Collective feedback platform or through crowdfunding – but also to meet teams new to us who are just looking to partner for publishing and marketing services.”
