Following the release of Battle of Jakku expansion for Star Wars Battlefront next month, DICE has confirmed that there will be free more content coming to the game.
For gamers who bought Star Wars Battlefront, the game comes with a Battle of Jakku expansion where it will include a new game mode and two maps based on the planet of Jakku which features prominently in the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Of course, we are also planning to support Star Wars Battlefront with new content well into the future. We will be adding more of what you love about the game, like new maps and Star Cards, for free in the coming months, in addition to all of the content we have coming with Season Pass. We’ll have more to share soon.
While it’s quite disappointing that most of the content of Star Wars Battlefront id in the Season Pass, it’s somewhat relieving that DICE is planning to give out free content in the near future.
