Thanks to the success of The Last of Us’ DLC, Naughty Dog has decided that Uncharted 4: A Thieves’ End will be getting a single-player DLC after its launch next year.
At GameStop Expo, Naughty Dog spoke with GameSpot to explain why they decided to give Uncharted 4 a single-player DLC treatment. “It worked really well for us for The Last of Us. We thought we could put together a really great piece of content as well [for Uncharted 4],” Naughty Dog’s Arne Meyer said.
Meyer went on and said that working on The Last of Us: Left Behind gave the studio the confidence to try it again. “I think we rose to the challenge for The Last of Us, so we decided we’re going to take another shot at it.”
