Last week, there had been reports of a game breaking bug in Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain where if you use Quiet on mission 29 or 42, you could end up finding your save game completely corrupted.
The patch should be downloaded automatically across all platforms. If it’s not yet patched, launch the game while connected to the internet and the patch will download. Unfortunately, there are no reports indicating that the patch will also fix the broken saves caused by the bug.
