If you’re a fan of Japanese RPGs on the WiiU and have 30 minutes to kill, Nintendo of Japan produced a special Nintendo Direct showcasing some of the Dolls and new features in Xenoblade Chronicles X.
Dolls, the oversized mechs at your disposal in Xenoblade Chronicles X, will come in three basic forms: light, middle, and heavy. Each of the three types will have a special balance between health and mobility, based on the player’s style. These same Dolls can transform into a plethora of different vehicles, be it wheeled machines or flying ones. If you’re worried about damaging your Doll, it might be wise to invest in insurance, as broken parts will simply become unusable until repaired or repurchased.
Another cool feature from the Nintendo Direct is the addition of 32-player squads in Xenoblade Chronicles X. You can check these and other announced features in the 30 minute Nintendo Direct segment of Xenoblade Chronicles X below.

What I’m meaning is that you wont directly interact with people, instead you will be able to share quest information, share unwanted items/equipment and have certain side-quests you are actively accomplishing with the squad. (i.e. kill 20 of a particular type of monster) However you will be able to unlock missions in which you can play with 4 players online. Another cool feature is that you will be able to see offline players’ characters in the world and be able to recruit them into your party, kind of similar to Pawn recruiting in Dragon’s Dogma.
