Now that the much anticipated Alien: Isolation is now available in stores, as soon as players pop the game into their gaming console, a day one patch will be available for download.
With complaints of the lag and frame rate issues, downloading the day one patch will help ease that problem. In addition, Sega also addressed the crash issues many reviewers complained about.
Below is the patch notes for the day one patch. It is a must that you download this to make the experience playing Alien: Isolation much better.
-Fixed a number of crash issues.
-Significant frame rate and streaming improvements through the game.
-Resolved issues with save games where mission statement was incorrectly restored under certain circumstances.
-Balance improvements to AI.
-Improved facial animation on all characters aswell as audio synchronisation on scenes.
-AA number of blockers that could be encountered outside of the main mission path have been removed.
-Additional fixes and improvements.
