Yuji Horii, series creator of Dragon Quest, stopped by the Sony Tokyo Game Show booth to surprise fans with a Dragon Quest: Heroes gameplay demo during this year’s live stream.
The demo presentation shows off Akuto, Meer, and Dirk as they take on a Gigantes Cyclops. Those who have played Dragon Quest games before, the Gigantes should feel familiar.
Watch the footage below to see the game in action. Based on my observation, it’s a mix of Ragnarok Odyssey,and Toukiden type of gameplay – which is good!
