Apart from the release date change, another rumor is that WWE 2K15 will not being developed by Yuke’s.
According to a report from Capsule Computers, Visual Concepts is set to develop WWE 2K15 on its own. Yuke’s has been the developer for WWE games for 15 years, so it appears 2K Games wants a major overhaul of the series.
There is also a rumor of a new career mode where you create a wrestler that starts off at NXT. After you make it to NXT, you progress into the main roster of WWE and so forth.
Lastly, 2K Games and WWE wants to release WWE 2K15 in March to coincide with the buzz of WrestleMania 31. Normally WWE games are released in October or November.
We should hear more official details on the game at E3.
