The Tex Murphy series has been around a long time, dating back to 1989 with Mean Streets for MS-DOS and Commodore-64. Now, we are about to see the release of the sixth game in this detective series with Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure for PC, which means it was the perfect time to release a launch trailer for the game.
Like the last few games, Tesla Effect features live-action sequences throughout the game, with plenty of puzzles to solve and obstacles to get past in-between from a first-person perspective. Coming from developer Big Finish Games and publisher Atlus, Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure looks to continue the trend of well receives entries in the Tex Murphy series.
Look for Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure to arrive for PC on April 22. You can check out the new launch trailer for the game below that runs about three minutes.

April 10, 2014 at 5:22 PMPpfffft! Interactive movies, really? This looks like a cheap, pretenttious, self-congratulating mess of a video game. I cannot believe people on Kickstarter were naive enough to fund this. I didn’t pay a cent and even i’m annoyed. But you pay for what you get and you get what you deserve. Unfunny, uninteresting, unengaging and absolutely out of touch with modern gaming. Do not waste your money on this or encourage them to make more. Microsoft who bought out the original company that produced these games were so disgusted by these games they just retained them for their golf games. Yes, that bad.
