Very recently, Phil Spencer took over as the overall head of the now combined Xbox division, due to the departure of Marc Whitten. Since that announcement, he has constantly been going on about how games will be his focus, which made the gaming community very happy.
Now, a video has been released on the official Xbox YouTube page where Major Nelson speaks with Phil Spencer about how he got where he is after his 26 years at Microsoft. Spencer even talks about how games like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons are the reason why he loves this industry like he does.
