Crowdfunding campaigns are excellent ways for companies that would otherwise not be able to develop a game to do so these days, and Sportsfriends is an excellent example of a very successful one. For those that have been waiting, it has been revealed that Sportsfriends will finally be hitting both PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 on May 6.
Sportsfriends is exactly what it sounds like, for your friends, with four separate multiplayer games within the one game. Releasing on the two platforms, each share features, but also have some of their own as well. Thanks to the official PlayStation blog, we have a full rundown of those features as seen below:

That is not all for the great news as it has been revealed that Sportsfriends has cross-buy as well, so if you buy the PlayStation 3 version now, you will also receive the PlayStation 4 version at no extra cost.
