Batman: Arkham Origins released last October as a prequel to the previous two Arkham titles, this time by Warner Bros. Games Montreal. With all the hype surrounding Rocksteady’s upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight later this year, we must not forget the “Cold, Cold Heart” DLC for Arkham Origins, which was released today.
“Cold, Cold Heart” gives us a look at Mr. Freeze’s origin story as he crashes the Wayne Foundation Humanitarian of the Year Award event. Batman gets an upgrade to take down Mr. Freeze with the Batman Extreme Environment suit, Thermo Gloves, and Thermocharged Batarangs.
For Season Pass owners, you will be able to download this at no cost starting today, but it will cost you $9.99 otherwise. Just remember that the Wii U version of the game will sadly not be receiving this DLC. You can check out the DLC announcement trailer for a few months ago right here as well.
