As the open beta for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Online is winding down, Ubisoft has announced a new name for the game as well as the release date, which will be coming very soon.
On April 10, the newly renamed Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Phantoms will be released on PC through Steam. The official release of the game will also bring multiple changes, including updated characters and maps. Matchmaking will also see some change as it will not take into account both skills and gear, so gamers have the best overall and fair experience online.
Tactical insertions and smoke grenades are also being fine-tuned right now and will come to the game at some point after launch. Looks for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Phantoms on PC in only a few weeks on April 10. A few before and after screenshots have also been released, which you can see below:
