The most highly anticipated game, for at least the first part of this year, is easily Titanfall, with the hype growing even larger following what became an open beta a couple weeks ago. Rumors surfaced over the last few weeks that the game would not be getting a Season Pass, which would have been very surprising in this genre, but those rumors has been quickly dismissed as the Titanfall Season Pass has been officially revealed.
The Season Pass will consist of three individual releases that will includes maps, but the rest of the contents have not been announced thus far. You will have the ability to purchase these three map packs individually later, but the Season Pass will only cost you $24.99, saving your $5 in the long run.
Also, the Season Pass is separate for each system, so you would need a different one for Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. So if you are looking to start with the Xbox 360 version and then upgrade to the Xbox One, it might not be in your best interests to get the Season Pass.
Look for Titanfall to release for Xbox One and PC on March 11, with a release on Xbox 360 two weeks later.
