Cloud Imperium Games has recently released a set of new Star Citizen images showing off a backer exclusive item and the stunning revamp of one of the spaceships.
The Idris frigate has recently been redesigned, updated to fit the current model standards set by the CIG team and officially upgraded in ship status. Originally planned to be a corvette, a smaller ship class, the Idris has been upgraded so that it can include a medical bay and a fight deck to store multiple fighter crafts. It has been revealed that the Idris ship will feature in the Squadron 42 storyline section of Star Citizen.
The imaged crossbow is a special weapon which backers of both Star Citizen and Shroud of the Avatar, at the appropriate levels, will receive.
