As has been seen over recent months, the gaming developer field is definitely very fluid with lots of people moving around. The latest one of those is now former Square Enix marketing vice president Karl Stewart, who has announced that he is leaving the company.
Stewart started with Eidos Interactive eight years ago, with his first title being Tomb Raider Legend. In that time, he ended up working under Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix as well after the merger in 2009. He has had plenty of successful games under his belt, but the most recent that he was involved with was the Tomb Raider reboot.
Rather than move to another game developer, Stewart has announced that he has taken a position with Petrol Advertising, which deals with a lot of advertising of various games.
