The Driveclub release date may have been leaked earlier online according to a tweet from the official twitter page for the game.
A user apparently took a screenshot from the tweet that he claims was posted earlier this week, but quickly got deleted. It shows that the release date for Driveclub is 9/4/14. Since the game is developed by Evolution Studios in the UK, this could mean the game is out April 9th as opposed to September 4th if you read it the American way.
Take this Driveclub release date with a grain of salt until either Sony or Evolution Studios announces it officially.
