Zenimax Online Studios has revealed the exact times the online servers will be up for The Elder Scrolls Online.
The official launch date for The Elder Scrolls Online is April 4th, but some players will have earlier access depending on where they pre-ordered the game. Zenimax was even kind enough to provide the start times and dates for five different timezones.
There are three start times for specific groups of people. Five day early access is granted for players that pre-ordered The Elder Scrolls Online from Bethesda’s online store. Three day early access is for those that pre-ordered the game via other retailers. The April 4th date the official launch for everyone else.

The Elder Scrolls Online will be out for the PS4 and Xbox One in June. There is a $15 per month subscription fee if you want to play this game.
