One of the most popular elements, at least amongst my friends, were the Poke Balls in Super Smash Bros., as it was always a mad scramble for one whenever they pop on the screen. We’ve only seen a few revealed thus far, but through today’s update, Masahiro Sakurai has revealed one based on the most current generation, Pokemon X and Y.
This new Pokemon is Dedenne, the antenna Pokemon who is a very unique Electric and Fairy type. While looking somewhat similarly to Pikachu, the two share no relation at all.

I’m curious to see how this Poke Ball will work in battle as it looks like Dedenne’s attack has quite a bit of range.
