As 2014 is just beginning, many developers have discussed their hopes for the rest of the year. This time, it was Tekken director Katsuhiro Harada who spoke about the future, including the hope of continuing the success of Namco Bandai’s free-to-play games.
In an interview with 4Gamer, translated by Siliconera, Harada talked about how he wants to get back to his main job in 2014, rather than being spread around doing so many things, including attending numerous events.
Tekken is one of my life’s works, and while I can’t say much here, together with the titles we were going to announce this year, I’m also working on several other titles simultaneously with Tekken. From there, I’d like to announce at least two of those titles in 2014, and I feel that it’s something I must do.
