Steam’s Family Sharing is a fantastic option for those with a large library that they would like to share with their family and friends. Now, Steam has made Family Sharing a two-step process for those that want to use it.
With Family Sharing, you can allow up to 10 Steam accounts on up to 10 machines to share your game library. Rather than just letting people play games that you’ve installed on a device, you have complete control over the accounts that can access your library, which helps to prevent misuse of your account that could lead to a ban of some sort.
For machines that have games installed from your account but aren’t verified, that person can send a request to the library owner.
