Senran Kagura Burst from Marvelous AQL released in the US just a few months ago and was quite a bit of fun. We heard before that the future was the series was going to be discussed during a livestream on January 8, but producer Kenichiro Takaki decided to tease a little bit of information before hand.
In an interview with 4Gamer, and translated by Siliconera, Takaki talked about them working on a “challenging” entry in the series for 2014.
To start the new year, we’ll be announcing a lot of Senran Kagura news come January 8th, at the Senran Kagura Bakunyuu Hyper Presentation. We’ve kept you waiting a little longer for its release this time compared to the previous time, but I believe we’ll be able to reveal a great deal more [at the event]. In addition, we also have another title we’ll be releasing in 2014. This title will be a new and challenging one, but things are going smoothly for now, so please look forward to it!
