In this business, big game announcements are always a blast to see firsthand. While CES is currently going on, what could be one of the biggest next-gen reveals in awhile will actually come later today courtesy of the latest issue of Game Informer.
According to Andy McNamara, Editor-in-Chief of Game Informer, on his official Twitter page the next cover for Game Informer will be unveiled later today, January 8, and it will be a big announcement.
I should mention we have a kick ass cover reveal tomorrow morning at 11am Central. Next-Gen only that I think people will flip out over.
And for those asking for the definition of Next Gen in that tease, you will find out platforms tomorrow
The question now is whether it could be something like the official unveiling of the next Halo game, especially after the confirmation that it is coming in 2014, or if it is something completely new that we didn’t know was coming. We’ll just have to wait and see for ourselves later today.
