Microsoft is proud to announce the Xbox One has now reached sales of over 2 million units.
The Xbox One launched in 13 countries on November 22nd and the console is selling out in retailers worldwide according to Microsoft. Microsoft also revealed that demand for the console was high at Amazon.com with 1000 units being sold per minute during its peak.
Xbox One is now on par with the PS4 in terms of worldwide sales. Sony announced last week that their console sold over 2.1 million units so far.
It will be interesting to see how both the Xbox One and PS4 fare in 2014. Which console will come out on top?
