Minecraft continues to be a very popular game on PC and Xbox 360 and now the game will finally be coming to another platform. Tomorrow, December 17, Minecraft will arrive on the Sony platform for the first time on the PlayStation 3.
Minecraft was originally announced as coming to the PlayStation 4 at the launch of the console last month, but very close to that time, it was announced that 4J Studios was instead focusing on the PlayStation 3 version first. Now that version is complete and versions for both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita are expected next year.
The PlayStation 3 version of the game is not expected to be any different from the other versions and the DLC packs will be arriving on PSN soon after release. No price has been announced yet, but a demo will be available for the game if you want to try it out.
