Everyone knows about Wii Sports, the phenomenon that pushed the Wii to insane heights in its early life. The Wii also continued to grow with Wii Fit soon after. Now both of their franchises have arrived on the Wii U, and you can try both for free right now through the eShop.
Wii Sports Club is an HD remake of the original with added online play, among other additions, that is now an eShop exclusive that you can download today for nothing. However, you only get to try out the two sports available, Tennis and Bowling, for 24 hours for free. After that, you have two options. You can purchase a single sport for $10 by itself for infinite play, or you can pay $2 to access all sports in the game for 24 hours. Tennis and Bowling are the only sports available, but the other three sports from the original are going to be added in the near future.
Wii Fit U is taking an even better route for gamers. Anybody who owns a Wii U can download the full game anytime in the month of November, and once you start up the game, you have access to the full game for the entire month. You will need a Wii Balance Board however. After the trial, all you have to do it purchase a Wii Fit Meter to unlock the full game.
