Microsoft announced the Games with Gold promotion earlier this year at E3 for Xbox Live Gold members, which has brought gamers free titles like Halo 3. Now December’s two free games have been unveiled and they could hardly be any further apart in original release date.
The first free title that you can download from December 1st through the 15th is the original Gears of War, which usually costs $19.99. Rather than giving us one of the sequels, this time we are getting the game that started it all.
For the second half of the month, from December 16th through the 31st, Microsoft is offering a much more recent title with Shoot Many Robots, typically available for $9.99.
Also, don’t forget to download Iron Brigade for free if you are a Gold member by the end of November.
