Sony has today confirmed that Don’t Starve and The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will both be free to PlayStation Plus members when they release on the PlayStation 4.
Speaking at a PlayStation 4 event in New York, a Sony representative revealed a number of facts about the PS4 and Vita versions of Don’t Starve. When the game releases in early January PlayStation Plus subscribers will get the game for free. At this time the PlayStation 4 version will be released with all of the content the PC version has. The rep went onto say that within a few months of the PlayStation 4 version a Vita form of Don’t Starve will be released with cross-save technology.
PlayStation Plus members will also receive a free copy of The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth when it is released onto the PlayStation 4. Currently Rebirth, the remake of the original The Binding of Isaac, is scheduled for release in 2014.
