In this week’s issue of Famitsu, Square Enix revealed that Sora will be getting two new abilities in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 for next-gen consoles.
According to the article from Famitsu, Sora in Kingdom Hearts 3 will have new skills that he can use. One of them will involve Sora transforming his keyblade while the other will involve attraction park rides, which we saw in the latest trailer that Square Enix released during Disney’s D23 Expo Event with the spinning pirate ship and big magic mountain.
Whenever Sora uses the keyblade and decides to transform it, fans can look forward for the appearance to change. In addition, it will also change the style of how the keyblade is used.
As for the attraction park rides, think of it as the upgraded version of Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance’s freeflow action. In Kingdom Hearts 3, players will be able to use the attraction rides that Sora comes across and deliver a devastating blow. Think of it as a more stylish way for Sora to take down his enemies.
Kingdom Hearts 3 will be available on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in the near future. Sadly, we have to wait for Final Fantasy XV first before we can get Kingdom Hearts 3.
