The highly anticipated Pokemon X and Pokemon Y are now out on the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo 3DS. Of course it is also for sale in retail stores right now in the Eastern Time Zone and will go on sale in the rest as the night goes on, if you prefer not to go with digital downloads.
Just make sure you have plenty of room on your SD card for this download as it is 1.7 GB or 13,801 blocks. If you are planning on buying this game digitally tomorrow, I highly recommend going ahead and starting the download before bed so you will have it ready at the time you will be getting around to playing it.
