The fourth gym leader that you will get to fight in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y is located in Coumarine City. While you might assume that this might be a water based gym based on its name and location near the water, it is actually a Grass type gym. A fire type will absolutely wreck this everything in this gym.

Exeggutor – Lvl 31 (Grass/Psychic)

Gym Leader: Ramos
Jumpluff – Lvl 30 (Grass/Flying)
*Fire is the answer here. You really should be able to one-hit this Pokemon with a decent Fire type move.

Gogoat – Lvl 34 (Grass)
*This is Ramos’ highest level Pokemon, but is still way too easy if you use a Fire type move. It’s almost too simple.

Weepinbell – Lvl 32 (Grass/Poison)
*Weepinbell went down so easily that I didn’t get to see one move of his, and that was with using only a low power Fire type move like Ember. This should be a breeze.
