USA retailer Best Buy has a listing that somewhat confirms The Amazing Spider-Man is swinging to the PS Vita.
The official listing says it’s: The Amazing Spider-Man: Ultimate Edition – PS Vita. it even confirms a release date as November 19th. It is available for pre-order now for $39.99.
The Ultimate Edition of The Amazing Spider-Man includes all of the DLC. This includes the following: Stan Lee Adventure Pack, Lizard Rampage Pack, Rhino Challenge, and Oscorp Search and Destroy.
I still feel it’s odd releasing this game on the PS Vita over a year after the movie/game came out. Not to mention the sequel will be out in May 2014.
If you own a PS Vita, are you still keen to play as Spider-Man?

October 2, 2013 at 10:05 AMNot a bad idea to release a game to a different market/audience, or attempt to cash in on those that would buy it twice, especially if it includes all the dlc, but this game I already have on the ps3, so I’ll probably give it a miss. If it was say $20, now we’re talking.
