A new patch for State of Decay has been issued today by Undead Labs where it fixes a lot of things in the game, including the overlarge community bug that plagued a lot of users.
Starting today, players of State of Decay should get a patch prompt the next time they play the game while connected on Xbox Live. If you have experienced frequent crashes, freezing, or the game will simply not load, downloading this patch will fix that problem. If at some point “you still can’t get the game to load after updating, you will need to restart.” says Undead Labs.
In addition to the major overlarge community bug, the new update also brings improvements to make the experience in playing the game a little bit better. Following the patch download, you should see that the outposts are now numbered on the map. Also when doing the “Memento” mission, you should now be able to see a journal log entries for the quest.
