Today, with the release of the hangar module looming, Roberts Space Industries have released some of the concept artwork for the upcoming module for Star Citizen.
The epic crowd-funded space-sim Star Citizen isn’t set to release for well over a year but before it does backers and anyone who pre-orders the game have the hangar module to look forward to which will allow them to walk around in a game environment and interact with the ships that they’ve pledged for. The hangar module is expected to be ready for launch around gamescon, so around August 24th, which means that followers of the game won’t have to be waiting long to start seeing the fruits of their investment.
The gallery of concept art well illustrates the attention to detail and great design that we’ve seen from Star Citizen so far, and I for one am very much anticipating having the chance to see the final result of that concept work once the hangar module goes live.
