Saints Row IV Is Region Free For Xbox 360

The Saints Row official twitter page has confirmed Saints Row IV is region free for Xbox 360.

Here’s what they announced following a fan’s question on the subject:

Region Free on Xbox 360.

This will come as great news for Australian gamers. In Australia, Saints Row IV is missing one optional level and they cannot play online co-op with the rest of the world.

If you have an Xbox 360, you can try importing Saints Row IV overseas. Of course you can also import a copy from New Zealand too.

PS3 gamers don’t have to worry as their console has been region free since the beginning.
