Along with all the other news coming out from Nintendo today, we also have official release dates for most of the remaining games coming this holiday season. This includes Wii Party U, Super Mario 3D World, and Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze on top of the already announced The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD release date for Wii U and The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds and Mario Party: Island Tour for 3DS.
As previously announced, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD will be available on October 5 in retail. However, the game will also be available digitally through the Nintendo eShop on an early date of September 20. This is also the date that The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD special edition Wii U bundle comes out, which comes with Wind Waker HD digitally.
The retail release of The Wind Waker HD will not be alone in October as Wii Party U will be available on October 25. November has multiple releases, all three of which come on the same day. Super Mario 3D World, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, and Mario Party: Island Tour will all be available on November 22. This is followed a couple weeks later by Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze on December 6.
Two other games were listed as having a holiday release for the Wii U, but neither has an official release date yet. Those two games were Wii Fit U and Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games.
