Halo 4 will receive a new title update from 343 Industries on Monday, the day before the release of the new Champions Bundle DLC. The patch for the game will end the current Global Championship Online Qualifier. However, that is not all as it will also include a couple new Support Upgrades, as well as the addition of Spartan Ops levels to matchmaking.
The two new Supports Upgrades for Halo 4 include Recharge and Survivor. Recharge will reduce the amount of time required for shields to recover while Survivor will automatically eject players from vehicles that are close to exploding. Both Support Upgrades appear to be focused on keeping you alive while playing. The addition of Spartan Ops to matchups brings five specific levels, The Challenge and Sacred from Episode 1, Gagarin from Episode 2, and Spartan Miller and Nothing Can Go Wrong from Episode 5.
Halo 4 is available on Xbox 360 and you can pick up the Champions Bundle DLC on Tuesday, August 20 for 800 Microsoft Points ($10).
