A couple of weeks ago, Perfect World finally released Neverwinter and along with its official release, an expansion was already detailed which is scheduled for release this Summer. Fury of the Feywild will be Neverwinter’s first expansion and module where new content will be added to the game such as a new profession, a new region to explore, new enemies and new loot.
Today, Perfect World released more details, defining Fury of the Feywild’s one key feature: a new dungeon called Malabog Castle. According to the blog post by Cryptic Studios, the castle is said to be the home of Malabog, a corrupt king who embarks on a campaign to destroy Sharandar. When players tackle this new dungeon, they can expect tough foes as they face a menacing Cyclops and of course, the King Malabog himself.
Recently, the fierce and ruthless fomorian king named Malabog embarked on a campaign to destroy Sharandar and reclaim the ancient fomorian castle abandoned long ago. With the aid of his spell-charmed elf ally, he reached out to Valindra Shadowmantle, offering her aid to take Neverwinter if she assists in asserting his dominance over Sharandar. Valindra agreed and gave Malabog her blue orb of dragonkind, which he used to charm the elder blue dragon Fulminorax.
No release date has been set yet for Fury of the Feywild but players can expect it before the summer ends this August.
