New Zealand retailer Dick Smith Electronics is getting rid of all of their Wii U stock. New Zealand customers can now buy the console for a real cheap price.
The 32GB model usually retails for $NZD399, while the 8GB model normally costs $NZD299. Both models have been reduced to clear and will now only cost $NZD199 and $NZD149. This is over 50% off the normal price. Not to mention the Wii U only came out last November so this is a real bargain.
Dick Smith’s website says “reduced to clear”. It looks like they are getting rid of all of their Wii U stock. To my knowledge, no other New Zealand retailer is doing this. I’m guessing Wii U sales were weak at Dick Smith and they wanted to make way for the PS4 and Xbox One coming later this year…
