Microsoft has just announced multiple changes to how their Xbox Live Gold membership will work on the Xbox One.
Currently, each account has to have Gold membership to play online and gamers must purchase Microsoft Points in set amounts. For the release of the Xbox One, Microsoft are throwing these ideas out of the window and listening to the gaming community. Purchasing content will be made easier with Microsoft points changing to make way for your local currency.
Microsoft also announced that it would be making it easier for households to play online. Even when the account with Xbox Live Gold membership isn’t logged in other accounts will be able to play multiplayer games.
