Trion Worlds has announced a free update for Defiance, one that involves a deadly illness and plenty of new content to keep players interested. The content is available as of today, June 3rd, and includes the following: all new Plague Sieges game mode, 8 new emergencies, 2 new pursuits, a new data recorder and new missions revolving around finding “a cure and prevent the same thing happening in the town of Defiance.” That final part, the mission series, will run from June 10th to June 17th, the air date for the Defiance TV show.
