The latest issue of Famitsu magazine has revealed the development status for various Final Fantasy video games. Most of them are nearly complete and should reach their deadline of being released later this year.
Final Fantasy X HD is 80% complete, while Final Fantasy X-2 HD is 65% complete. Both games are expected to be bundled together on the PS3. Final Fantasy VIII for the PC is 80% complete and should hit stores first. Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is 70% complete.
Anyway, this is good news for fans as this means development is on track and all of the games should be released later this year. There shouldn’t be any delays to the releases.
A famous delayed game however is Final Fantasy Versus XIII. Rumors suggest we’ll see more of the game at E3 (hopefully).

They already confirmed it will just be a graphical; remake. They will not add or revamp anything.
