Last year Sega surprised a number of people by having a playable demo of Hatsune Miku Project Diva F (Vita) at E3. While many assumed this was clear indication of the game being localized, Sega quickly squashed these rumors by saying they were gauging interest. Since then we haven’t heard anything new about Hatsune Miku Project Diva F, but with the PS3 version out in Japan, it seems Sega is revisiting the idea.
According to a Facebook post published yesterday, Sega is gauging interest in the title by seeing how many likes / shares the post can get. Since going live the page has already received over 13,000 likes, almost 10,000 shares and just under 2,000 comments. Despite this being a strong start for the title, it’s hard to say if likes/shares will continue at the same momentum or how many is “enough” for Sega to actually consider the title.
For those interested in the title or just want to see what’s about, you can currently download the demo for Project Diva F off the Japanese or Asian PSN store. The demo includes three songs and the option to play them on either easy or normal. Finally if you’re having issues finding the demo, the video below will show you where to download it, plus one of the songs featured in the demo.
