As some people might already know, the PS Vita version of Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault (Q Force in PAL countries) was due for release in late January. We all know it never came and Sony never gave an explanation about this until now.
Sony announced the following message on its PlayStation Blog:
“Our friends at Tin Giant have been working night and day to bring Insomniac’s PS3 game to the PS Vita system and to provide our fans with a great game. While the original delay has helped us make the game better, we still need more time to bring the game up to the standards expected by our fans.”
Sony is now hoping to release Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault sometime in Spring 2013 (Autumn for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere). Unlike before, Sony is going to let fans as soon as possible when an actual release date is made.
If you still have a PS3 copy of Ratchet & Clank: Full Frontal Assault, you are still entitled to a free download for the PS Vita version.
