OVERKILL Software is hard at work on the sequel to the critically acclaimed downloadable title, Payday: The Heist. The above teaser image was released for Payday 2, showing Wolf snagging a nice score in a hangar. We could be getting our first look at an environment for one of the group’s heists.
It’s not much to go off, but Starbreeze Studios and OVERKILL Software plan on dishing out some solid details in the coming weeks. That’s not to say they didn’t reveal anything today. OVERKILL Software’s page confirmed that Payday 2 is set to receive “a long streak of DLC and add-ons.” The title is expected to land on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 this year. Stay tuned for more concrete information as it becomes available.
